Standard license
Unless a product page states otherwise, a purchase grants the buyer a non-exclusive license to use and customize the digital product for personal use or internal use within the buyer's own business.
You may
- Enter your own business information and records.
- Customize editable fields, categories and settings for your own use.
- Create internal business outputs from the workbook.
- Keep reasonable backup copies for your own use.
You may not
- Resell, redistribute, share or give away the original product or modified copies.
- Upload the purchased file to a public download location.
- Repackage the workbook as your own template or competing digital product.
- Sell access to the original workbook itself.
Ownership
The purchase transfers a license to use the product; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying template design, structure or brand assets.
