1. Digital products only
Our currently listed products are digital downloads. No physical product is shipped and no courier delivery is required.
2. Delivery timing
Once a payment is successfully confirmed, the purchased file or download instructions are provided electronically through the delivery method displayed at checkout. In normal circumstances, digital delivery is intended to occur promptly after payment confirmation.
3. Delivery email
Customers should provide a valid email address at checkout and check spam or promotions folders if a delivery message is not visible.
4. If delivery does not arrive
Contact us through the Contact page or email digitalbiztoolkit@gmail.com with the purchase email and payment/order reference. We can verify the purchase and assist with re-delivery where appropriate.
5. Download security
Paid files are not stored as unrestricted public website files. Download access may be provided through a secure link or other post-payment delivery method.
