Will I receive a physical product?
No. Products are digital unless a product page explicitly states otherwise. No physical shipping is required for the current product.
How is the product delivered?
After successful payment confirmation, the purchased digital file is provided electronically according to the delivery method shown at checkout. See the Delivery Policy for details.
What software do I need?
The current workbook is designed primarily for Microsoft Excel. Some formulas, formatting or features can behave differently in other spreadsheet applications.
Does the workbook file GST or TDS returns for me?
No. It is a management and reporting aid. Users should verify current tax rules and filing figures before statutory submission.
What is the refund policy?
Because the product is digital, refund requests are handled according to the published Refund & Cancellation Policy, including issues such as duplicate charges, incorrect delivery or a genuine technical problem that cannot be resolved.
